A lot of the stuff I write about is auto-biographical in some way or another. I wrote the power crisis strip during the year that California was going through it's power shortage.
I based Martin's grandma "Granny" after my own Granny.
The little girl Evi is based on various kids I've encountered while doing magic. Her name is Evil without the L.
